What to Expect
Your initial consultation is FREE I would like to meet you before hand and have a 30 minute chat about your expectations and goals about personal training. I will assess your lifestyle and dietary needs/factors by asking specif questions, in order to create a safe and effective schedule for you. The consultation is crucial so a complete understanding of what is achievable and what my plan of action for you will be is communicated (no pushing anyone in the deep end here!). I will meet you wherever you would like to train and it's an important first step to ensure we are going in the right direction.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All 10 block session bookings are to be used within 3 months of purchase. All 5 block sessions to be used in 1.5 months. PAYG anytime subject to availability. All sessions have a 24 hour cancellation and will be subject to late charges.
In the event of sickness or unforseeable events sessions will be cancelled and rebooked with discretion.
Each workout will progressively get more challenging and each workout will be different. Being an artist, as well as a personal trainer means I like to create variation, being innovative with my programmes and keeping them different to not only stop you from getting bored but me aswell!
If you travel a lot , live outside the realms of East London or have a typically unruly schedule - Skype or video Personal Training is for you. Coordinated in real time or pre recorded and successfully done in hotel rooms or in any location across the world.
